Querido amigos,
Ya no tengo la edad para ser nieto y cuando la tuve, solo tres de mis abuelos estaban vivos. Pero basto un abuelo, que conoci de muy nino y durante pocos anos, para sentirme hoy con algo de agradecimiento para hablar de tema. De el tengo recuerdos borrosos, pero uno indeleble: la leccion que me enseno. era una semilla sembrada con carino y fe, pero en un terreno inadeacuado, mas inclinado a los deportes y otras cosas.
Pero contra toda probabilidad la semilla germino cuando menos lo pensaba y mas lo necesite: de adolescente. Siempre agradecere a mi "Abuelo Juan" ese empujoncito de autoestima y notoriedad que tanto me sirvio en aquella epoca. Hoy en dia vivo enternamente agradecido por aquellas palabras sabias que aprendi y me ayudo a cumplir mis metas. Lo describo aca...
En que se diferencia el perdedor del ganador? ... y que hace el lider?
- El Perderdor siempre tiene una Excusa,
- El Ganador siempre tiene un Plan,
- El Lider toma la Iniciativa;
- El Perdedor dice: "Puede ser posible, pero es muy dificil",
- El Ganador dice: "Puede se dificil, pero es posible",
- El Lider dice" :Todo es posible!";
- El Perdedor dice: "Ese no es trabajo mio",
- El Ganador dice: "Dejeme hacerlo por usted",
- El Lider dice: " Siganme!"
Cuando tenemos buenos propositos, buenas ideas, buena orientacion y hasta buenas capacidades fisicas e intelectuales, pero no tenemos PERSEVERANCIA, que es la "gasolina", que mueve el motor y mantiene el impulso y la conduccion de todos esas cualidades, hasta llevarnos a un lugar prefijado y a objetivos finales... NO PODREMOS LLEGAR MUY LEJOS.
PERSEVERANCIA es decir, firmeza en la constancia, en la permanecia de acciones, en conservar el norte y el temple.
No es la fuerza sino la pereverancia en los altos sentimientos lo que hace a los hombres superiores!
