Dear Friends, Clients, and Partners, I would like to take the time in this my very personal site to express my gratitude to all the community. I am really excited to announce one of the biggest news in the history of my internet career and the completion of one of the main goal of my original business plan: One of my companies have signed an agreement to be acquired by Google (our largest customer and partner). Joining forces with Google is a real win for everybody not only myself but, all of us, our employees, our partners, our investors, our customers. I personally would like to extend an enormous thanks to all the people who have helped me reach this point - the millions of loyal customers, friends, investors, gurus and advisers, and mainly to the extraordinarily talented group of people, employees, partners, who have worked so hard to bring me to this point. At this time, I am not releasing any financial details of the transaction. I have already been contacted several times by different news media, such as CNN, New York Times, Univision, and FOX News, but I am not giving any interviews and I have decided to keep this private. The acquisition is subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions and of course regulatory approvals, and is expected to close in the near future. I am excited to open a new chapter today!
