I will be straight to the point, provide short articles, and give you quality information rather than quantity long and boring articles. Let's start right away and I want you to really analyze this 4 basic principals to get a "macro" view of the whole "business model" for making money online. You must see the big picture before getting into the details. Later, I will discuss each one in much more detail and break it out in pieces to really learn it the right way.

1. Start it

Whatever online business you start, always start it very small. When I say very small, meaning one single web page, one single product, one single newsletter, very simple and do not try to make it bigger, better or keep improving (not yet, you will be wasting time). Try to focus on small and little for easy starting, writing down all steps that you are doing. Remember, time is money, so do not spend to much time here... just start.

2. Test it

The small little online business you started, test it by tracking it, and viewing your customer lead sources. Again you want everything to be very little on the testing too. As soon as you see a "constant" ... meaning you have learn and know how to attract only 1 unique visitor daily and this happens every single day for at least a week, whether the visitor buys or not ( but at least visits your site ) you have accomplish a "constant pattern of single traffic on a single page". You have learn that your "little single page" is display to at least ONE unique visitor daily whether or not you do something. Later, there will be a lot of information for attracting visitors to your site, for for now, I want to keep it simple, the simpler the better. A single page site with a single unique visitor with a constant daily visit.

3. Automate it

Once you finish testing the small little site, this is the time to improve it slowly. You want quality traffic and not quantity traffic because having lots of quantity users who do not buy your products is COSTING you server capacity and money. Here you improve the quality of the site first ONLY the single page, then you improve the marketing aspect (whatever single thing you were doing to bring people to your site daily) and finally improve and study the tracking part. WRITE in details all the steps that you did to automate it and do it faster and better next time.

4. Delegate it

Once you accomplish the automation step on your SINGLE page, review all the steps to automate the process and delegate it to other people, coworkers, or partnerships. If you have done it yourself and learn step by step writing down the specification then it will be easy to delegate to many people. If you have generate a single web page site, with a single source of marketing traffic, and a single visitor online daily visiting your website you are FINE. Yes, not making any money yet, but have found a good way and SMALL way to just bring 1 traffic to your small site. Well, now you just have to improve all by delegating all. Start delegating the development of the site, then delegate the marking traffic channels, and YOU as the owner continue monitoring and tracking the number of users and the way your visitors interact with your site.

One thing I want to tell you, which is very simple and very true, BUT a lot of people do not even take the time to really think about it. TIME is money, and once gone it will not come back. You must use your time the right way and spend quality time on the things the you really need to do, all the others you must delegate. The more you delegate, the more money you will make, and the easier it will become. Do not make the mistakes that a lot of people do, they want to do it all. It is fine to have a GENERAL idea of how it works, but you can not and should not be the expert on all and know it all. For example, If you want to go from your house to the beach... you drive your car... so you just need to learn to drive a car very simple... but YOU DO NOT have to learn how the engine works, 10 different routes to take you to the beach, the right oil to put, or the right air pressure on the tires... no , it is not necessary. As long as you end up in the beach, you made it. Many people want to learn it all, and never end up to their final destination.

The other thing is that you really have to have REAL PASSION on whatever you do in life. You have to love it, you have to really enjoy doing it, even if you make zero money. Money should not be your main motivation, if you were to do it for FREE, would you do it? Having PASSION in what you are doing makes the difference between people that are doing fine and people who are doing VERY WELL. That is my case, I have REAL passion on teaching, helping and having lots of friends to discuss and share my internet business experience. I have made the money already, build and sold many companies in the millions, BUT money is not everything. You get bored when you have nothing to do, so here I am writing with passion and for passion EVEN on a Sunday at 2pm or a Friday Night at 11pm or a Monday at 3am in the morning. When I have a great idea, or remember a mistake I did I like to write it, share it and document it for the future generations to come.
